GeLtek will take full responsibility for any difficulties relating directly to hardware and/or hardware installation within the first seven days after purchase. Parts with warranty as standard eg CPUs must be returned to the manufacturer and not the supplier for a replacement, repair or refund after the first seven days following the purchase date (for more information refer to the manufacturer's warranty). *Products without a manufacturer's warranty are not covered by any form of warranty after seven days following the date of purchase. *All warranties are void by the removal/replacement/changing of parts or the removal and/or damage of stickers on any parts. *Warranty does not cover - data loss or damage caused by virus - equipment damage caused by virus - equipment damage caused by any body outside of GeLtek - damage to other equipment or data used in conjunction with this unit or business loss due to malfunctions. *All systems do not have software installed unless purchased or supplied by customer *Software once installed is not refundable and no software comes with any form of warranty. *Please always backup data before all upgrades and services. *Purchases of $500 plus require a minimum deposit of 35%. Full payment is required before delivery. Purchases between $250 & $499 require a minimum deposit of 45%. Full payment is required before delivery. Purchases between $1 & $249 require a minimum deposit of 55%. Full payment is required before delivery. *In the case that the order is cancelled the deposit WILL NOT be refunded. *All courier charges and insurance costs will be borne by the customer. *Payments are accepted in the form of cash, money order or bank cheque only. *GeLtek is entitled to change product information at anytime with or without notice. *GeLtek reserves the right to not make a loss.
